Does the admission price cover everything? Are the meals included in the price?
The registration fee will provide admission to the amazing programming lineup, including speakers, demonstrations, exhibit booths, and entertainment. It will also cover Friday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Sunday breakfast and lunch, eight meals.
All participants, staff and crew, and all volunteers are paying for their own hotel/accommodation and transportation to get to the conference site.What kind of speakers are you inviting?
With a conference theme of Ayurveda Beyond Wellness, we have attempted to invite a diversity of high-quality presenters as speakers who can address both professional practitioners of Ayurveda in the US community about the practice of Ayurveda as medicine and who can also address the legal, cultural and social uniqueness of practicing Ayurveda in America.
What time does the conference start on Friday?
The main conference will begin at 3:00pm. You are also welcome to attend the pre-conference events that start after breakfast.
What time will the conference end on Sunday?
We are planning to end the conference at 6pm on Sunday, knowing that many people need to be home for work on Monday. There are plans for a post-conference workshop which will be optional.
How can I become a vendor at the NCAM conference?

Are there additional charges for some of the other workshops that are going on?
The registration fee does not cover the pre-conference or post-conference intensives. Those fees are being finalized and will be posted very soon.
What will you do for authors of Ayurvedic books?
The conference committee is planning a table for authors who are speakers or registered participants with scheduled book signings and sales at the NCAM mega-conference. We already have ten authors who are preparing to bring their books.
We invite you to register for the conference and be ready to bring 15-20 copies of your book that you will autograph at a table.Will yoga sessions be early in the mornings?
The conference will have two yoga teachers on both Saturday and Sunday mornings from 7:00 to 8:00am, one teaching low-impact chair yoga and breathwork and one leading a morning yoga practice.
Do you provide yoga mats? What else should attendees bring?
Yoga mats will not be provided, so please bring your own. Additionally, it’s a good idea to carry ponchos or an umbrella for unexpected rain.
How far is the venue and accommodation from Orlando International Airport?
The Westgate Lake Resort is just a 20-minute drive from Orlando International Airport.
Does the conference management or resort provide shuttle service?
Neither the resort nor the conference management offers shuttle services. Opting for a cab or an Uber is the most convenient choice. However, we’re actively working on coordinating shared rides among conference attendees and are seeking volunteers to provide some rides.
What kind of food do you provide?
We will be serving vegetarian meals throughout the conference days.
Do you provide snacks at the conference? Can we purchase snacks in the resort?
We regret that we do not provide snacks either within or outside the conference hall due to our agreement with the resort management. However, you’re welcome to purchase packaged snacks and enjoy them outside the conference hall.
Can you arrange special meals for people with nut and lactose allergies?
To accommodate specific dietary needs, such as nut and lactose allergies, please provide the necessary information to ncam.usa2023@gmail.com at least one month before the conference. If there are more than 20 people with such requirements, we can arrange special meals. Additionally, you can use the kitchenettes in your rooms for cooking or purchase and carry your meals.
What types of rooms are available?

Do the rooms have kitchenettes?
Some of our rooms are equipped with kitchenettes, allowing you to prepare quick meals and enhance your stay.
Is early check-in or check-out possible?
For early check-in or check-out requests, kindly get in touch with the Westgate Lake Resort’s designated contact. The conference management is unable to influence the resort’s final decision, so please plan your travel accordingly.
How far are the rooms from the conference hall?
The resort features a beautifully expansive layout with accommodation buildings scattered within walking distance of the conference hall.
Is there any shuttle service for on-site transportation?
You can take advantage of complimentary designated golf cart rides within the resort premises, enabling easy access to recreational areas, scenic landscapes, and the water park.
What other activities are available at the resort?
The resort boasts a wide range of activities, including a recreational theme park, a gaming zone, a lavish pool, a picturesque lake, restaurants, bars, a café, a convenience store, and gift shops. While pool access is included with accommodation, activities that require tickets or purchases are not covered by the conference ticket or stay.
What nearby places can I visit?
With Orlando as our backdrop, the fun is limitless. Our venue is just minutes away from fantastic attractions such as EPCOT, Sea World, Disney Land, Universal Studio, Icon Park (Orlando Eye), Orlando Wonderworks, Gator Land, ‘Ripley’s Believe It or Not,’ and numerous other theme parks. Don’t forget to visit the must-see Orlando International Premium Outlets for shopping.
What nearby free activities are available?
Enjoy breathtaking views and the beauty of Orlando with free activities like exploring downtown Orlando, visiting Lake Eola Park, exploring Disney Springs, and strolling through Universal Walk. For trail enthusiasts and hikers, there are many trails nearby, and delightful natural springs are just an hour’s drive from the conference venue.
Is there free parking for delegates?
Absolutely, there’s ample parking available in the enclosed multistory parking garage and the surrounding visitor parking areas. Delegates should be aware that they park their vehicles at their own risk, as neither the conference nor the resort management can be held responsible for damages, theft, or any parking ticket mishaps.
